My cusomers receive a confirmation email when they buy my product. Along with the details of their purchase, is a customer service email address, but this address is WRONG and I need to change it. It is not my primary/default address and it doesn't even appear in the email section of my profile. A help forum thread advises "Login to your PayPal account, click on the "Profile" tab and click on the "Business Information" link in the Account Information column." But, for me, there is no email address field in the Business Information section at all. I have no idea where to go from here. How do I change this incorrect customer service email adddress?
