it won't let link my account also saying it's disabled

Hello I tried to send money to my PayPal account but it kept saying I had to confirm my bank then when I tried to confirm my bank it said it was disabled I need help.

Have you got that bank account linked to any other paypal account  or have you had in the past?

 

Have you had a recent failed transfer or neg balance?

 

Is it a bank account that paypal accept?

 

Is it a UK bank account being linked to a UK paypal account?

 

Can i ask WHY you are trying to send money to your paypal balance??  Seems an odd thing to do, have you not got a card linked to your paypal account?

I recently just got a new card cause my old one I had linked was stolen. And yes it is a card they accept. And I was just trying to link my new card I just removed my old one so how is that odd that I want to transfer this money to my PayPal account if it not even coming from the card I'm trying to link

OK first you say you are trying to link your bank account and now you are saying you are trying to link a debit card.......................so which is it?????

 

And do you have a bank account linked.

I have nothing linked at this moment I just removed everything. Debit card bank it's still a bank. Why do I feel like you really throwing shade when really you probably not even a person I should be talking to to begin with. I just needed help when I tried to transfer some money over it said I didn't confirm a bank account when I tried to it said it was disabled so please save the smart talk please if u can't help me why are u even replying to this

Debit card bank it's still a bank

 

but it makes a big difference in adding funds to your paypal account and that is why i asked.

 

not even a person I should be talking to to begin with.
