Can't attach my bank account to my paypal?

Hi,

 

I can't attach my bank account to my paypal account, everytime i have tried to do it  i get a message saying "We're sorry, we're not able to process your request. Please try again later."

 

I am using chrome when trying to do this and have tried it in internet explorer on my mobile phone and on my laptop but to no avail.

 

If anyone can help me out it would be much appreaciated

Hi @paul5473,

 

Apologies for the delay. Sorry to hear you are unable to add your bank account, is this a current account registered to your name and address as they appear on the PayPal account? Also, make sure this bank account has not been registered to another PayPal account as you can only register a bank to one account at a time. Yes everything is correct just wont allow me to do it, its never been registered to another paypal account i only have one account.
