Adding Bank Account Details

I am trying to add new bank account number details to my paypal account.  I enter the sort code and account number, wait for the text message to arrive, enter the code received on my phone, and then nothing happens.  The account numbers I have entered do not show on my profile page.  Has anybody else had this problem, and how do I rectify this?  Many thanks !

i'm having this same issue, i enter the code sent to my mobile and then i am asked to login.

i then enter the correct details and the page does nothing

i have triedd two different browsers and it has failed both times

Looking through other questions on here, it seems this is an ongoing problem.  Customer support is mentioned as the way to go.  Are there any moderators on here who can help out?

Hi. I am also having the same issue of entering my bank details, receiving and entering the verification code and then reaching a "you must log in" page that doesn't work with the right log in details. (If I enter the wrong password it tells me that its wrong and try again, but with the right details the page just refreshes). Did anyone receive help for this?

Welcome to the PayPal community forum.

 

Can you please try logging in using a different browser to see if that helps. For example if you are using google chrome try using internet explorer. 

 

Please let us know how you get on.

Me too, I cant add another bank account, keeps saying I need to log in to view the page after submitting the texted security code, but wont actually log me in.

am using windows 7 ultimate, have tried Ie10 with/without compatability mode, ive tried chrome and i've tried through my android mobile via the browser and not thru the app.....to no avail.

Any moderators able to shed some light on this please? need to know asap as have switched banks and my registered bank account gets closed very soon and need my new account on and confirmed....

Was creating my own topic when i sow this one... Having same problem, entering bank account details, entering code from mobile text after this paypal asks me to logg in... but i can't... Windows 7 Ultimate, tried Chrome and Internet Explorer

Also having the same issue. I enter the verification code and it takes me to a page asking me to login. I log back in and the bank account has not been added.

 

I have tried both Chrome and Safari and both seem to have this issue.

I'm also unable to add a new bank account  to my profile - I enter the code sent by text from PayPal, am then taken to a PayPal login screen which won't allow me to log in - nothing happens. Browsers tried include Iinternet Explorer 10 and Mozilla Firefox.

 

Further advice from PayPal would be appreciated.
