when can i use

I just created a account. When can i use my account and put money in it. Or do i have to what 2-3 days for pay-pal to send money to my account , then send it back to make sure they have the right account. I did put in the right numbersand info.

It sounds like you added a bank account.  When you add a bank account, PayPal sends two small deposits to your bank account.  When you tell PayPal (on the website) what the two deposit amounts are, this shows you are the owner of the bank account and you will be able to use it to make transactions.  You will then be able to use your bank to add money to your PayPal account or use it to send money.  Keep in mind, you do not need to have money in your PayPal account to use for purchases.  You can fund transactions directly from a bank account.  I suggest adding a credit or debit card to your PayPal account so you can send "Instant Transfers" so there is no waiting for bank payments to clear.
