If the money was sent to the wrong PayPal account, you may try calling PayPal to see if they can call or email the recipient of the funds directly. I think it would be better if the recpient refunded your buyers, and you sent a money request to the buyers through PayPal. This way, if a dispute ever arises, there isn't still a 3rd party involoved. If you haven't already called PayPal to determine if the email address is actuall associated with another account, I suggest doing so. Buyer's may be able to cancel the transaction if the email address is not on anyone elses PayPal account. If nothing else, you can also tell your buyer's to file a dispute with PayPal in the Resolution Center and they should get thier money back. Unfortunately this can take a while depending on if the recipient responds to the claim or not.
