sending limit

So over several years, I have approached this 'sending limit'.  I don't want to link my bank account information and when I use a credit card, I don't provide my bank account information because IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

I know there is a $10000 limit issue required by US Govt, but it is for one time transactions, such as buying a car or some other large purchase.  It is not for a summation of mulitple small transactions and over multiple days and years.  I think Paypal has mis-interpreted this requirement and I would hate to see legal action against this company which provides a good service but is intruding into people's privacy.
