Hi I'm 14 and my account got limited but I don't know why everything is disable so I can't send or do anything with my money.

My dad was the first one to tell me but he told me he didn't want to help me and wanted me to solve this on my own.

There was no resolution center on my student paypal.

My question is how do I re-enable my account to normal? Thanks, Abraham
