I have recently made a paypal, but I do not have a credit card or bank account which renders me unable to to verify. I just want to know how I can send my friend the money I owe him without having to verify my account.
You have to verify your account. PayPal's main focus is Safety, this comes first. I know sometimes it gets in the way, but this don't only protect you, but the millions of paypal users, buyers/sellers on the internet also. Sorry 😞
Same thing happened to me. I received a payment and my funds are pretty much frozen. I don't have a bank account or a credit card and PayPal support didn't help me at all.
