problems adding cash

hi i am having problems adding cash to my paypal account and it is asking me to comfirmed my acount and it wont let me im stoned walled at the point were it asking me to put like 1 dollard and to comfirmed my bank account i check my transaction i had 22 dollard and i should have more i did it on the 3rd of this month

I'm assuming you are talking about the random deposit process to confirm a bank account - this works by PayPal making two separate deposits, each between a penny and $0.99, into your bank account.

It can take two to three business days for these to show on your bank statement.  If you have requested to have them re-sent, the time frame will start over from that point.

In some instances, we see financial institutions rounding the random deposits down to zero or up to $1; or combining the two deposit amounts.  If you see anything like that on your statement, make sure to reach out to your bank to retrieve the two separate amounts. 

Once you have received them, log in and click on the reminders on your main page to complete the process.
