Hi there, two weeks ago I was able to add a Vanilla visa gift card to my account without any problems. however, when i tried to add another this past week, I get an error saying "We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card." I have checked the online statement for the gift card, and it is displaying paypal on the statement. I have registered my card, and have tried adding the card several times, only to have the fore-mentioned error come up each time. Is there any other method I could use to link this card to my account? As I stated before, I linked a card about two weeks ago without any problems, and in fact deleted it from my account and added it again, and it worked. Along with the card I just mentioned, I have also linked many cards in the past, again with no problems at all. Another thing I noticed is, after I linked the first card (several months ago) I stopped receiving confirmation numbers on the statements and have been able to link the cards no problem. Any insight anyone could give into this situation would be most appreciated. Thank you all for your time.
