Lately, the last few times I have used PayPal for payment at websites the Transfer from Checking Acct option has not been an available option. I have used this option at these websites before but now the only option I have is pay by CC. The checking account is from Bank of America. Has there been a change in policy that I'm not aware of or do I need to change my settings?
