initial payment to pp

hi

i looked in my bank account and there was a DD payment of 2.08 to paypal listed as an initial payment to paypal

could someone explain what this payment is and what its for ?

am i being charged a membership fee as well as paypal and e bay fees

if so this is outrageous arent e bay and paypal making enough on their members already ?

steptoe_2008- This wouldn't be a membership charge for PayPal as we don't have those.  I think your best bet would be to call our customer service so we can review your account with you and pin down exactly what's happening.
