I know there are a lot of scams out there. I am attempting to sell my car and someone wants to pay me via a paypal account. How safe is this? How will i know the money is mine and he will not go back for it.
I told him I cannot reales car until I have the actual money in hadn. Since I have not done this before how do I know when that is?

he could potentially charge back and scam you. Just have him pay you with cash in person. If he has the money available, I dont see why he couldnt just withdraw it from the bank and give it to you in person? If he is very reluctant to do that, something is very fishy.
