Urgent! Can money still be taken from your account when you've hit your sending limit?

I recently hit a stupid sending limit (it was my understanding that the limit was supposed to reset every 31 days if you are unverified, but it didn't...). So now when I go to "send money" paypal says I can't send any money to anyone, but what if I make a purchase from a site that automatically withdraws your payment from your account? Would that be blocked too? I have something I want to buy from an online store but I obviously don't want to go to buy something and have my payment blocked. 😕

ShadowWolf- It sounds like you've reached your lifetime sending limit, and that one regrettably does not reset until you've completed the steps to get verified. As far as your question, you would not be able to send any payments until you've lifted the limit.
