Questions regarding money withdraw.

I have two questions regarding the money withdraw.

1) When does the limit reset? Is it at the beginning of each month or 30 days after the limit has been used up.

2) When I entered my SSN to try to lift the limit Paypal says it is unable to find my SSN or something like that. May someone help me out here? I know I put in my SSN correctly and I tried it over five times already.

Thank you very much.

Welcome to the boards!

Let's take these on one at a time Smiley Happy

1)  The limit resets on the anniversary of the day each month when your account was created.  So, if I created my account on the 24th of January, the limit would reset on the 24th of each month thereafter.

You can see your account anniversary date under View Limits; look for the section regarding withdrawals.

2)  Verifying a Social Security Number can be complicated by having your name or address spelled slightly different from what may be on file with the third party we use to check this information (such as a credit bureau, like Equifax/Experian/etc).  The most common problem I see is when someone's address is abbreviated when it normally isn't on bills, or a nickname has been registered (Jonny instead of Jonathan, for example).  If you can't verify the SSN, follow the steps provided to manually confirm it.

Hope this helps,

Adrian
