I have a very basic question here. I am selling a $1,000.00 item to an unverified buyer. I am a verified seller. The transaction is complete, so the money is in my account... Do I have anything to worry about, like fraud? I am worried to send out the item if the seller is unverified... Does this matter as long as the funds are there? The name and location matches...but he would like the item shipped to his work. I have every intention to send the package insured and with receipt of delivery.
I just want to make sure all the "i's" are dotted, and the "t's" are crossed before I ship.
