I have a verified Premier PayPal account and an unverified Personal PayPal account but I want to verify my personal account too. I am tryinf to figure out how I can do this but here are the problems. I don't have a credit card (and nor do I want one) and I also have already linked my bank account to my premier paypal account. I do have a debit card that is linked to the bank account that I have with my premier verified paypal account but I'm not sure if I can use it to verify my personal account. Can I? Also can you give me any suggestions on how I can go about verifyiong my Personal paypal account without having to apply for a credit card or open a new bank account? Why can't I link my bank account to both accounts?
Also my other question is, am I allowed to send money to my PayPal accounts from either one to the other?
