No response from suppliers

I purchased an item from

 

Order ID #141650. Received at 11/27/2010 06:42:32 PM.

Payment was made by visa card, and paypal confirmed this account.

Now neither ,I have received the item till today, nor the supplier is responding to my email or telephone, can sombody tell me about this supplier. Is it genuine or fake.

While I can't comment on another individual's account, what I can tell you is that if you still haven't received the item, you have 45 days from the date of the original payment to file a complaint in the Resolution Center for Non-Receipt.  If you don't hear from them soon, I would definitely consider doing so.

I understand your frustration. However, staff members cannot discuss account-specific issues in this forum, which is designed for member-to-member help.
