Hey;
I tried to sign up for a PayPal/Mastercard Debit Card, and was immediately denied and asked for scanned or faxed proof of address and SSN as well as a photo ID. I took care of the photo ID and proof of SSN the same day. However, I am 19, and have never paid a cell phone, gas, water or electric bill (or any other type of bill sent through the mail, for that matter) in all of my life. I am asked to provide an image of one to prove my address. How do I approach this?
For what it's worth, my state-issued Class D drivers lincense that I scanned and sent to PayPal also has my current address on it. Is that not enough to prove my address?
