I have checked my bank statement and it shows an unauthorised paypal transaction was made for a sum of money on 16/02/12 however the transaction isn't showing on my paypal account and the recipient of the money hasn't recieved any of this money. So where is my money. I phoned my bank and they have confirmed the paypal transaction and have told me to contact paypal to query the matter. I am awaiting an email reply.
In this instant, as you are unable to view the transaction in your transaction history on your PayPal account, you may be best to call PayPal and the agent can search for the transactions. Once located they can be reported as unauthorised.
