I would strongly suggest not to click on any such link. In cases like this, I would recommend you log securely into your account. If there is issues on your account you will be confronted with possible solutions when you log in securely.
If you receive a text message that you believe is not from PayPal, forward the message to 62226 and insert the word spoof in the beginning of the message.
I just got a similar text message from +447561040536 " your PayPal is temporarily locked. Follow the verification process and give us your correct information to unlock it: http://paypal.co.uk.93ns.pw/m/ " That is all of the link that is displayed in the text message, i have no intention of clicking on it to find out the rest of the address. I have not received any email to back this up either, not that I would ever follow a link from a text of an email anyway.
