Problem accessing account with old phone number

I've lost access to my phone and even though I know my password and email I just can't login to my account.

The other problem I've faced is that to contact Paypal I have to login on my account which I can't, specially because that's the issue I'm trying to contact them about.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

It sounds like you are hitting a security check point when accessing your account. The best option is to call us so we can update your account information for you to help you access your account. You don't have to be logged in to call us. Just click 'contact' at the bottom of the page and then call us. You will be prompted to login but you can choose to continue as a guest.
