Hi!

I wrote name on wrong field when i created my paypal and now i cant proof identity because my paypal name is uliuli domain and my real name is Igor Sokolov. I cant change my name because i cant login on my paypal on computer because of this error :

i checked my email and there was nothing about this. After that i get this message :

We’re concerned about potential unauthorized activity

After you confirm your identity, we’ll walk you through steps to make your account more secure.

I have full access to my paypal on my phone.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

If your PayPal account is not in a name similar to yours we will not be able to change the name nor will you be able continue using the account. What would be best is if you give us a quick call. On the phone we can work with you to wrap up the account with the incorrect information and help you to open a new one.

To get our phone number click 'contact' at the bottom of the page and then call us. You will be prompted to login but you can choose to continue as a guest.
