Payment confirmation

I recently made a purchase directly with a debit card through paypal services, but not while signed in to paypal. I usually receive a confirmation email from paypal regarding the purchase, but I have not received one for my recent purchase. My card seems to have been charged twice for the same purchase and I need the transaction ID#s to look further into the double charge. Is there anything I can do to receive the email from the recent transaction? Thank you for any assistance!

You don't get transaction i.d's if you don't log in to paypal to pay.

 

But you would have a reference number i believe on the email.

 

But as you did not get that email your best bet is to contact customer services directly by phone to check the ref number.

 

Or why not just check with your card issuer?
