Limited Access Issues

I have created this account so I can get some help with this issue as I am not getting no reply when I email and I can't get through when phoning up. 

 

The account in question is: xxxxxoutlook.com

 

I am in the last stage of my limited access process and it is to resolve issues in the account with the email 'xxxxxoutlook.com' but I have never heard of an account associated with this email. I don't see how I can resolve the issues if it's not my account? I'm not sure if someone has stolen my identity or if it is just a misunderstanding but I really need this sorting as I need my account as it has all my christmas money in it.

 

Please get back to me asap with help 😞

Firstly this is a public board so i would advise editing your post and removing those email addresses asap.

 

Secondly this is not customer services so no one here can help you as it is an account issue.

 

Phone customer services again but this time >>>

 

DON'T SELECT ANY OPTIONS JUST HANG ON TILL YOU GET THROUGH TO AN AGENT.
