Seriously, ive been on a run around for the last 8 hours and can not get any help. Finally thought that I got help and they said they would email me in 2 hours. that was 5 hours ago.
Please for the love of GOd if a paypal employee sees this then freaking answer me

I have. I've called them 3 times. 2 times they redirected me to someone that couldn't help me. At one point I thought I was being helped. They told me they would review and email me in 2 hours. That's was 14 hours ago. I'm realizing that I've seriously been ripped off. I've had someone else try to redeem the Paypal My cash card from their account and it is doing the same thing.
