The seller on Ebay refused to ship the goods, the customer support has closed the dispute in my favor and made a full refund on 24 February. At the moment I do not see the money that the payment was refunded to my PayPal account What do I do?
I paid by Mastercard. Ebay did me a full refund. In my paypal profile there is no transaction to return. And its a mastercard I money also not received.
The refund initiated by eBay will go back to the payment method used which you confirmed was a Mastercard. With that being said, you should recieve a full refund within 3-5 business days back into your Mastercard. When this happens, you will recieve an email with all the details on the return & it should show up on your account once the refund is recieved! Now you just have to patiently wait as there is nothing here that we can do & if you call into customer service they will tell you the same thing as they have no wait into making this process faster for you. For this one you will need to call into PayPal so they can check this for you as this is account specific & only they will be able to pull up the transaction & figure out what the problem is on their end & possibly fix the situation. Here on our end, us community members WONT be able to help you with this one as all we can do is tell you to wait which is seems like you have already done.
