ebay send me à Bill of sale of $137.33 C but PayPal charge me $142.87 C....??

why!!

i buy this item for $137.33 C thats it !!

@  What country are you from and what country are you buying from?  Pay Pal may have applied a normal currency exchange fee for a foreign transaction.  If you can provide some more details it may be helpful for someone to respond ...
