I buy 3unit apple Imac 27 for 2500$ from seller ebay and him just upload usps tracking delivered same city and 5 number first zip code. I didn't get any item.I went to usps and received proof shipping from them, the seller sent to a different address in the same city but different house number and street. The package also weighs less than 1 pound instead is accurate more than 20 pounds. I opened the case with proof from usps, but always lose the competition. Paypal says the seller have valid shipping information even though they could not give any proof . Paypal is trying to shirk responsibility, maybe the seller has withdraw money and run away, paypal has can not do what they have committed to protect the buyer. I have lost $2500. There will be many other people will be fooled so. I have lost confidence with paypal.

I cant believe Paypal did not side with you,

Any payment $750 and more,delivery confirmation is not enough,it must be signed for .

Did you make one payment of $2500?or did you make multiple payments,each is under $750.

Appeal this case by calling Paypal,and remind them there is no signature ,you did not sign for it and you did not receive it.

If they do not do anything to reverse their decision,go to your credit card issuer and file a chargeback,if you pay with credit card.

Is this an Ebay transaction,if so,you should have file on Ebay first,Ebay wil ask for signature confirmation if the transaction is 750 or more,
