I sold an expensive item on eBay (Synthetizer) and the buyer paid, on my Paypal account I can see the funds stating "Payment recieved". However, I am reluctant to ship because the mail address is not confirmed on Paypal.
Also, this buyer is a newbie with only one transaction and registered in November.
To me it seems weird but I am wondering what type of scam it is??? He sent an offer through eBay that I accepted so this is the normal path inside eBay. So, can it be a fake PayPal account and a fake transaction???
