Ebay/Paypal tracking not updating on my Paypal account

I have shipped several items recently on Ebay in which my Paypal has always been linked and usually the shipping information is automatically transfered to my Paypal account. Well my Paypal transactions are not only showing as NOT being shipped but when I go in manually and click on *mark as shipped*, it isn't accepting it. I have done this several times with several different shipments in which the customer continues to get an email each time saying it was shipped but my Paypal records are not reflecting that.  Yesterday I went in and marked several as shipped again and when I went back in today, they again are showing still pending shipment.  Please note, when you go into the Paypal transaction itself, it shows the tracking number and all......but still showing NOT shipped. What could possible be happening here?

I'm having a worse problem.  The tracking info is getting added to the wrong orders.  So, there's no way through PayPal and eBay to tell which orders have shipped and which haven't!  Fortunately, we print a copy of the invoice and file it when the item is shipped.  But, it's taking ten times as long to process each order.  Uggghhh!!!!!!!!!

I've been having the same problem for a few weeks now.  I like to know when this is going to be resolved.  It's very frustrating.

I have been having the same issue of my packages showing as not being shipping and showing no label being printed.  This has been going on for at least a month and right now it is showing I have over 18 packages not shipped which have been shipped.  I am a small seller on ebay and due to the glitch ebay has taken away my Top Seller Badge which is determined on me shipping within 24 hours, which I did but have no way to prove it because paypal is showing I didn't and ebay isn't going to check all the listings and click on details which does show that I did ship within 24 hours along with the tracking number.

Paypal needs to contact ebay and explain their error and ebay needs to return the Top Seller Badge.  I am getting knocked down for something I did right and have talked to 3 or 4 different people at ebay who all say it's my fault I didn't ship on time.  In order to keep the Top Seller Badge you need to keep a 90% rating and mine was 1/4% short of keeping it due to PayPals error.

One of my ebay friends just lost her Top Seller Badge today due to the same problem of paypal not uploading the tracking and shipping information.

Here it is November 11th and this problem is still not fixed. When I add tracking on a shipment, tracking info on another shipment is deleted. This has been going on for 2 months! Why won't PayPal fix it already?.
