Similar problem here, but instead of a blank page we are getting an error that says:   We're experiencing technical difficulties We're sorry for the inconvenience.   None of the things we've shipped by eBay in the past week have tracking numbers in PayPal.  And, when we try to add tracking to the transactions, we get the above error.  No reply to the support email yet.   ... X.Com Security Problem

I wan't able to find a good way to report this to x.com (it's contact page is not loading) or PayPal (there's no appropriate category under Contact/Email - shouldn't there be an "other" option?) ....   I was searching for help with an eBay API problem and clicked on a link to X.com in Google's search results.  A page was displayed asking me to "Merge Accounts."  The info on the left side is my info for PayPal.  The info on the right is not familiar to me.  I tried going to some other x.com pages and saw a similar result with completely different information on the right.    It's very disconcerting, to say the least, to see this happen. -- Roger ... Sorry about that ... we always ship by Priority Mail so I didn't realize that it didn't handle First Class.   Have you tried USPS.com?  You can print shipping labels there.  I'm not sure if they support First Class International, though.   -- Roger   ... View more

"Items to Ship" Filter Returns Empty List

When I click "Items to Ship," it is displaying an empty list.  It's making it very hard for us to fulfill orders and ensure that we don't miss any.   What is the correct way to report PayPal site problems like this?  I've reported problems using the email form under "Contact Us" and only once received a response.   ...
