The package that I sent to a buyer has arrived with him. I confirmed this both with the buyer and with the usps tracking site. Paypal has not updated the tracking , it still says in progress. I manually entered the tracking info into paypal the moment I recieved it. Can anyone tell me what is going on ? This is effecting my funds being released and doesn't seem right.
