how do i pickup money???

someone says they sent me some $$ and that it is waiting pickup..how the heck do i do that? i can not find an answer anywhere...HELP

Check your PayPal account summary for the transaction.  Then follow instructions with the transaction.

i did all that..there is nothing in my summary. everything there i've processed already...i think the person is pissin on my leg and trying to make me think its raining....
