We are integrating Paypal into our website by using Paypal Payment Standards with an HTML form. We are using IPN services by submitting a "notify_url" variable in our HTML form. So far this has been working and we have been correctly receiving the IPN response on our server after successful transactions. However, we recently specified a different URL in our IPN settings on our Paypal account for less thean an hour and then turned off (not disabled) IPN. After reverting to IPN off it does not seem to be respecting the "notify_url" variable.
Can anyone give insight into why this is not working? At this point IPN is off with no URL specified
