in the resolution center, there isn't a single option to resolve the limitations set on my account 2 years ago. i've recently been sent 2 automated emails after emailing support that tells me i need to provide them more documents, but i don't know how to send them the info.
Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page and then select phone calls at the top of the page, Make a phone call to customer service and ask what is needed.
