Hello! I started my PayPal account to take and pay for art commissions, as I've been wanting to do for years. Unfortunately, my mom took my phone and entered the wrong birthday for me, and now I have issues getting into my account, I was wondering if there's: 1. A way to resolve this without getting in trouble with the law, and 2. A way to start a student account for a minor to use. Please help!
