The first time I tried to use PayPal app to pay for transaction at Dollar General it was successful. I have went in twice after for things needed when hubby had forgot to give me cash. Got to the store and tried to pay but the app would only give a 2 digit # rather than 4 digit # so paypal was useless. How do I resolve this?
