I am Muratcan **removed**, an international PhD student at UCSC. My PayPal Account has been limited recently. I have already proved my ID and my address but I cannot prove my SSN since I currently do not have my SSN card with me but I need to use PayPal in 24 hours urgently. Since I am a student, I have the W4 Form, instead of the W2 Form. While the W4 Form also indicates my SSN number clearly, you have not accepted it as a proof when I submitted.
Please accept the W4 Form as a proof of my SSN number and allow me to use my PayPal account again.
