Paypal Permanently Limited

My account was permanently limited almost a year ago because I sold someone an old phone by kik and he added a message to the payment "im from kik" and that was the stupid reasons. Can someone explain why?? I contacted paypal milions of times and called them but they refuse to help me

No one on here can tell you why as no one on here (apart from the mods) work for paypal.

And the mods won't tell you as they don't have access to your account details on here, they will tell you to 'reach out' to them at customer services.

If you have phoned paypal and they have refused to help then it sounds as if they do not want your business anymore unfortunately.

Is it true that if youre underaged the staff can help you make a new account once youre 18 and start over? I stull want answer from a moderator or someone from the staff. I need the things to be cleared, I cant loose my account just because they thought of something.

The only way to get answers to those questions is to phone PayPal.

But it seems clear that PayPal no longer wants to do businees with you so there is no reason discuss the issue with you.  Your account is closed permanently.

If you want a member of staff to give you an answer then contact customer services.

Even the mods don't have access to your account details on here as i have already said they will tell you to reach out to them at customer services.

I aready tried, and called them too. When they hear "limitation" they automatically refuse to do absolutely anything, they even won't let me tell them the real reasons, they just think that if they made the decision, they're right but they're not.

Then just leave the old account limited and open a new one when you are 18.

This is fine but they told me that the new one would get limited too.
