How solved this problem. Where send a account statement for solved this inconvenient.

I have dropped PayPal, after many years of using them, because of their abusive policy of "limiting." I areceived no warning that my account would be limited, nor was their any reason to have it "limited." PayPal dared to ask me to sent them a picture ID to identify myself. What in the world!!!! So, I disabled my credit card in their file, and decided to use respnsible bank cards instead. Picture ID, with no reason as to why I...as an excellent customer...should have to do???? Customer service was horrible. Good-bye PayPal!! Degradation for the sake of expediency in shopping is not worth it. I will not recommend PayPal to anyone.

I feel the same way because I just got started with PayPal Merchant services and during the interview process none of this limitation stuff was included and I provided all of my information from the very beginning. They even stopped my debit card from being active and it's ridiculous. I have bills to pay and can't do it because my money is available but I can't touch it it's starting to really **bleep** me off.
