Hello guys! I was asked by paypal some time ago to submit some documents to prove my identity. I did and they verified them in a timely manner. Some time later, when i requested some funds from my bank account, they requested another document, a bank statement, to prove my ownership of the bank account in question. I submitted my most recent bank statement within 24 hours of request, on the 20th of March. I haven't heard from paypal since, expect for some kind of survey. It is the 28th if March and my document still hasn't been reviewed, all the while my bank transferred the funds to paypal. Now i have a limited account with a lot of money in it, which i can't use. I have tried to message paypal 3 times, but i only receive an automated response citing the Resolution Center help. If you guys could help me in any way, I'd appreciate it. Cheers
