Just want to close am done with it

I have 0 balance on this account , I am not connected to any card/ bank . But it still won't let me close this acount . Help plz?

What are your transactions for the last 30 days?  Do you have any transactions within the last 180 days?

Yes I have monthly pay , but small payments but I am done with it . So yes I have done some transaction in the last 180 days .

If you sold items in the last 180 days it means the buyer has the potential to dispute those transactions.  PayPal needs to make sure funds will be available for refunds during that time.

You could phone PayPal support to find out any other issues.

Any open claims or disputes?   If yes, you won't be able to close the account until they are resolved.   Else, suggest phoning customer support.

I tried to disconnect any that in the account . So far as monthly pay ( if that what is means new at this ) all are paid at the moment from this account,until the next time I need to do payment using my other way of payment . I have no uses for paypal and I would like to close this account due to it holding personal info.
