I am trying to link my PayPal account to Depop. It says my account is limited, and that I should check my problem in the PayPal Account Overview page. How do I access this page and do I even need too? I have no limitation on my account which is why I am confused.
Your account overview page is the first page you see when you log in to your account. If you have a limited account you would see information about this as soon as you log in, and it would be requesting documentation as proof of identity.
