Just wondering if anyone can help - I've had Paypal for like 10 years to buy stuff off ebay and just general online payments. A couple of weeks ago my friend sent me some money on Paypal to pay me back and since then they've restricted my account, they've asked for additional security, they basically been putting me through the mill. After completing all the identity checks the account just says I can't use paypal. No one's been in touch, I've called a couple of times and been told they can't tell me what's the issue. I was given an email to contact so I did but that was a week ago and still no reply.
Has anyone else been through this? Is it not ok to send someone money through Paypal?
Please anyone able to help?
