Guys, I am from Malaysia.
Recently I have sold some bitcoins online at localbitcoins.com, and receiving some paypal payments from several buyers.
I was new to localbitcoins.com, apparently I didn't ask the buyer for ID verification and released the bitcoins to the buyer once the payment was received in my PayPal account.
After a few days, the PayPal accounts which sent me the money disputed the case, claiming unauthorized transactions.
Now that my PayPal account was frozen and I have no access to my account.
Can anyone or staffs in PayPal please guide me on this issue? I need my PayPal account active and function able in order to get my business running.
Your help is very much appreciated ! Thanks
