I am getting a 'general error' when I try to send money to a friend, from the website. When I tried the payment from the mobile app it indicated that my account/card holder had a limitation. I contaced my bank and they indicated that my daily withdraw limit is much higher than the amount I am trying to send. Tried to call PayPal customer service but the automated messages do not cover this topic. I can not find anything in the help docs that were of any use and can not find anything in the help doc that even indicates how to determine if there is a limit on my account. HELP PLEASE!!
