How do I Take money from a paid invoice to a credit card?

How do I accept the invoice that is paid but not have to make a PayPal online credit card is their a way I could transfor it to a credit card or bank account. Thank you

If you have funds in your paypal account balance that are cleared then click on 'withdraw funds' and send it to any bank account you have linked to your paypal account.

What do you mean by "accepting an invoice that is paid"?  Are you the seller or the buyer?  Did someone pay an invoice you created and sent?
