Cant withdraw

Hi everyone, im trying to withdraw to my bank but it keeps saying we need more information, please use the classic view. I click use classic view and it just keeps saying the same. Can anyone help? Thanks

I received a letter saying they have my wrong email yet in the letter they stated it correctly. And amounts have been removed from my bank account. Makes one say hmmmmmm
